Building Capacity for the Care Ahead
Health Vision (A Welfare Organization) continues to develop its healthcare services in response to growing clinical and community needs.
Our next phase focuses on expanding capacity, strengthening existing services, developing specialized areas of care, and building the infrastructure and systems needed to support them.
Strengthening what exists. Building what is needed next.
Health Vision’s development priorities are shaped by the needs we encounter across IQ Institute of Neuropsychiatry, Dr. Aisha’s Health Vision Hospital, and our wider welfare work.
Some priorities involve physical expansion. Others focus on equipment, clinical services, staffing, systems, training, and the development of areas where access to specialized care remains limited.
Our aim is to build sustainably, strengthening the systems and services required to support each stage of growth.
Where we’re focusing next.
Facilities & Bed Capacity
Expanding and improving clinical spaces to accommodate more patients and support the continued development of inpatient and specialist services.
Priorities include additional patient capacity, improvements to existing facilities, and spaces designed around the requirements of specific clinical services.
Clinical Services & Quality
Strengthening existing medical and mental health services while developing areas of specialist care according to patient and community needs.
This includes improving clinical pathways, treatment environments, documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and systems that support consistent standards of care.
Medical & Surgical Capacity
Developing the equipment, facilities, and supporting resources required to strengthen surgical and hospital-based care at Dr. Aisha’s Health Vision Hospital.
This includes continued development of operation theatre capacity and equipment across relevant surgical specialties.
Neurodevelopmental Services
Expanding Health Vision’s capacity to provide assessment, intervention, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary support for children and families seeking neurodevelopmental care.
Future development includes strengthening the clinical environment, professional resources, assessment capacity, occupational therapy, and related services required for more comprehensive care.
Staffing & Clinical Systems
Healthcare expansion requires systems and people capable of supporting it.
Health Vision continues to work on strengthening clinical teams, supervision, documentation, operational processes, professional accountability, and the systems required to support safe and sustainable growth.
Training & Partnerships
Developing stronger links between clinical practice, professional training, universities, and institutional collaboration.
Through IQ Clinical Practicums, academic partnerships, professional training, and future collaborations, Health Vision aims to contribute to the development of healthcare professionals while strengthening its own clinical services.
Priorities that can become partnerships.
Some areas of Health Vision’s development can be supported as defined projects, allowing donors and institutional partners to contribute toward a specific need. Project cards can be added here as projects are finalized.
Healthcare Facilities & Capacity Expansion
Development of additional clinical and inpatient capacity across the Health Vision network.
Neurodevelopmental Services Expansion
Development of dedicated capacity for multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessment, intervention, occupational therapy, and related services.
Operation Theatre Equipment
Strengthening surgical capacity through additional and upgraded equipment for operation theatres at Dr. Aisha’s Health Vision Hospital.
Clinical Systems & Professional Development
Strengthening the systems and professional capacity that support consistent healthcare delivery across Health Vision institutions.
Different forms of support can meet different needs.

Fund or co-fund a defined healthcare, infrastructure, equipment, or community project.
Medical Equipment
Provide new or appropriate medical, surgical, diagnostic, rehabilitation, or other healthcare equipment.
In-Kind Support
Contribute supplies, technology, professional services, materials, or other resources required for a specific project.

CSR Partnerships
Develop a defined healthcare or community initiative aligned with an organization’s corporate social responsibility priorities.
Support can be tied to a defined need.
Where appropriate, Health Vision can work with partners to define the scope of a project, its requirements, expected outputs, implementation approach, and reporting arrangements.
Depending on the nature of the collaboration, this may include project budgets, procurement requirements, implementation updates, financial reporting, site visits, and outcome reporting.
Institutional oversight behind every project.
Health Vision (A Welfare Organization) is registered with the Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Sindh and achieved certification by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) in 2026.
Projects supported through Health Vision are managed within the organization’s governance and financial oversight structures, with reporting arrangements determined according to the nature and scale of the partnership.
