Restoring Sight Through Accessible Eye Care
For more than two decades, Al Ibrahimi Eye Hospital has worked to provide cataract surgery and eye care to people who may otherwise be unable to access treatment.
Through free eye camps, particularly in remote and underserved communities across Pakistan, its teams bring screening, surgery, medicines, and follow-up care closer to people who face barriers to accessing specialist eye care.
Al Ibrahimi Eye Hospital has recently come under the welfare umbrella of Health Vision (A Welfare Organization), bringing its longstanding eye-care work into Health Vision’s wider healthcare and community welfare network.

Eye care for people who cannot easily reach it.
Al Ibrahimi Eye Hospital has spent more than 20 years providing cataract treatment and community-based ophthalmic care, with a particular focus on people living in areas where specialist eye services are limited or unaffordable.
Its model is built around taking care directly into communities through organized eye camps, while managing the clinical process from initial screening through surgery and postoperative follow-up.
With its recent inclusion under Health Vision (A Welfare Organization), this work now forms part of a wider welfare network spanning mental health, multidisciplinary healthcare, community projects, and accessible medical services.
