Health Vision’s expansion is planned in clearly sequenced phases, allowing services to grow without disrupting ongoing care. This phased approach ensures prudent use of resources, operational continuity, and alignment with funding availability.

Each phase builds on the foundation of the previous one, transforming Dr. Aisha’s Health Vision Hospital and IQ Institute of Neuropsychiatry into a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem serving Karachi’s most vulnerable communities.

Foundation & Capacity Building

Near-term Development

Expanding critical surgical and neurodevelopmental infrastructure to meet growing demand from welfare-supported and low-income families.

Ground Floor — Currently Under Construction

Operation theatre renovation and expansion — upgraded infection control, additional OT capacity for welfare-supported surgical patients. The Operation Theatre complex is actively being built.

First Floor

Neurodevelopmental medicine and rehabilitation unit — dedicated inpatient and outpatient spaces for multidisciplinary care

Education & Clinical Expansion

Medium-term Development

Building workforce capacity through subsidized allied health education while expanding neurodevelopmental services to meet sustained community demand.

Ground Floor

Allied Health Sciences School — structured training programs for students in allied health disciplines at subsidized rates

First Floor

Neurodevelopmental unit expansion — increased patient volume capacity and broader rehabilitation service range

Integrated Care Delivery

Reorganizing outpatient and diagnostic services into a single accessible level, reducing congestion and strengthening coordination between clinical consultation and diagnostics.

OPD, day care, and diagnostics consolidation — all outpatient departments, neurodevelopmental OPDs, and diagnostic facilities unified on ground level for improved accessibility
